For Organizations
Your group doesn't have time for another pep talk, personality test, or workshop that feels good for a day.
They need a way to understand what's actually happening, talk about it together, and do something different.
The group may be talented. Committed. High-performing.
And yet under pressure, the same patterns keep showing up.
Someone carries too much. Difficult conversations get avoided. Frustration builds. Communication breaks down. Decisions slow down. The same problems keep resurfacing.
You can't change what you can't see. So first, we make it visible.

The Group Diagnostic begins with the Energy Leadership Index® (ELI) — a research-backed attitudinal assessment that measures how you perceive and respond to situations, both day to day and under stress.
Unlike a personality test, the ELI doesn't tell you who you are or put you in a box. It helps uncover the patterns shaping how you communicate, make decisions, solve problems, handle pressure, and lead.
That gives us something most groups don't have: a way to see what's actually happening before trying to change it.
Each participant completes their own Energy Leadership Index® to understand how they operate — and what changes under stress.
Make sense of your individual results, patterns, strengths, stress response, and opportunities.
Understand how the group operates collectively — and what changes under stress.
Connect the group's results to how you actually communicate, lead, make decisions, solve problems, and respond under pressure.
Recognize patterns as they happen, talk about them without blame, and make more intentional choices together.
This one helps you understand what happens between them.
First, every participant completes their own ELI and meets privately with Rebecca for a customized 90-minute debrief.
This isn't a quick review of a score or report. Each person has the opportunity to understand how their individual results show up in the way they work, communicate, lead, and respond under pressure.
Then, those individual results are aggregated into a separate Group ELI — creating a tangible collective profile of how the group operates together and how that changes under stress.
The Group ELI can reveal patterns that are otherwise difficult to pinpoint: where communication breaks down, where people take on too much, where frustration or avoidance emerges, where momentum gets lost, and where the group is already operating at its best.
Rebecca then builds and facilitates a customized Group ELI debrief, connecting those collective results to what is actually happening within the group.
Because everyone already understands the framework from their individual debrief, the group enters the conversation with a shared, non-judgmental language for talking about friction, stress, communication, accountability, and opportunity — without making any one person the problem.
The assessment provides the data.
The real power is what we do with it.
The Group Diagnostic creates change at three levels — individual, group, and culture.
One leadership team looked exceptional on paper: highly collaborative, mission-driven, and deeply committed. But under pressure, nearly half the team's energy shifted toward self-judgment, taking on too much, and quietly carrying problems that belonged to the whole team.

The Group Diagnostic can stand alone as a deep, complete experience or become the foundation for team development, leadership offsites, retreats, and ongoing coaching and support.
The Group Diagnostic can be customized for teams ready to see what's actually happening.
Groups ready to see their patterns and do something different.
Teams navigating change, growth, or transition together.
Groups needing clearer communication and better collaboration.
Leadership groups facing conflict, uncertainty, or strategic shifts.
Let's talk about what's happening, what you're noticing, and whether The Group Diagnostic is the right fit.
